About Riggers Pumps

Riggers Pumps manufactures and supplies high pressure jet pumps and triplex plunger pumps from Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai. Our range covers high pressure jet cleaners, industrial washers, water jet cleaning equipment, triplex plunger pumps and hydrostatic test pumps, together with complete machines for vehicle washing, hydro jetting, hydro blasting, sewer jetting, descaling, tank and reactor cleaning and UHP fire fighting.

Triplex reciprocating plunger pumps are positive displacement pumps with three synchronised plungers driven by a crankshaft. They discharge liquid at high pressure with minimal pulsation. Piston designs with mechanically actuated inlet valves give strong suction at moderate pressures; plunger designs with pre-set packings and ceramic plungers reach much higher pressures, with several head and drive options.

That flexibility lets us match a pump to thousands of tasks: hydro jetting, wet sandblasting, washing, hydro blasting, hydro testing, sewer cleaning, descaling, deburring, transfer, reverse osmosis, misting, injection and dosing.
